What is a chiltepinero?
A small wooden mortar, traditional in Sonora, used to crush whole chiltepin at the table just before eating. The one in the kit is made of ironwood (palo fierro).
Can I give just the sauce?
Yes. We have 2, 3 and 6-bottle packs, and we quote volume for large orders.
